This past year pushed me harder than I ever expected. I lost my heart horse, navigated major life transitions, went through months of uncertainty, and turned 50 feeling like I had nothing to show for it. But somewhere in the middle of all that heaviness, I realized I had two choices: stay stuck… or recharge my life from the inside out.
So I chose to recharge.
I began focusing on simple movement, walking, mini-stepper workouts, and rebuilding my strength one day at a time. I shifted my mindset. I organized my goals. I created planners, trackers, and challenges that helped me stay motivated when nothing else did. Slowly, I started to feel like myself again — mentally, physically, and emotionally.
And that’s how Recharge You was born.
Today, Recharge You is a growing collection of wellness tools designed for real people with real lives. No perfection. No pressure. No “one-size-fits-all” fitness culture. Just practical, empowering planners and challenges you can use at home, at your own pace, on your own terms.
My goal is simple:
