90 Day Challenge

So, Sunday, July 28 marked exactly three months until my birthday, and today, July 30, is precisely 90 days away, kicking off my challenge. I’ve been on this weight loss and fitness rollercoaster for years, and honestly, I’m over it! Instead of stressing about the numbers, I’m choosing to dive in and commit to this journey without looking back.

My goal is to shed some pounds for better health and to boost my stamina for riding. Plus, I want to look amazing in my riding gear! This challenge will also focus on Sunday and his growth through consistent training. While I won’t be riding every single day, I plan to hit the saddle at least four times a week and have five shows lined up during this period.

I’ll be sharing my progress regularly, including weekly weigh-ins, treadmill sessions, and mini-stepper workouts, along with my Fitbit stats. I won’t delve too much into food since everyone’s needs vary, and I’m not a nutrition expert. All my updates will be available here and on my website, so make sure to follow along and see how it all unfolds!
