My 4 month body transformation starts today, June 28, 2020. Why today you ask and why only 4 months?
Well, it will probably be longer than 4 months, but 4 months from June 28 is my 45th Birthday and my goal is to be under 200 pounds in order to ride my horse for the first time on my birthday. I refuse to ride a horse being as heavy as I am.
A lot of you reading this will think well a horse should be able to carry that. I’m sure they can, I just refuse to be 224 pounds and expect my horse to carry me around at this weight when I can do something about it. It’s not his problem, so why should he have to carry me.
So, here’s how I’m going to start my transformation:
· Weight workout at least 3 times a week.
· Wall sit/plank twice a day. Build to a minute.
· Build to walking/jogging/running an hour a day or 10,000 steps a day.
· NO more snacks from the gas station or grocery store.
· NO more fast food.

Not going to bother with measurements mainly because I hate measuring myself and no one really cares if your plan gets rid of inches. They just want to know how many pounds you lost.
