I’ve experimented with countless strategies to shed pounds, eat healthier, and prioritize my physical and mental wellness, and it seems nothing has worked. I’ve decided to embark on regular 90-day challenge’s to increase my physical activity, spend more time riding my horse, lose weight, and overall, take better care of myself.
Achieving fitness goals can be a unique journey for each individual, making it challenging for many to see the value in making an effort. I have been struggling with weight loss and overall health improvement for years, facing the same battle today as I did two years ago, and even two decades ago.
